Hailed as one of the most beautiful zoos in the world, the Singapore Zoo takes visitors on jungle journeys where they can admire the flora and fauna of the various regions of different countries for a total ecological and cultural experience.
Before I introduce the activities in the zoo, I shall show you the way to get there.
By car/Taxi: From city, take the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Jurong and make a turn at Exit 7. Follow the signs to reach Singapore Zoo and Night Safari.

By Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) : Ang Mo Kio MRT Station (NS 16) and board bus no. 138.

Zoo-per saver
Visit the Singapore Zoo for zoo-per savings! Enjoy the following for a package price of $25.00 for an adult and $12.50 for a child (3 to 12 years old):
- Admission to the Singapore Zoo
- Tram ride (unlimited)
- Boat ride (single trip from either dock)
- All components of the Zoo-per Saver promotional package have to be utilized in a day
- Zoo-per Saver packages can only be purchased at the ticketing counter at the Singapore Zoo

Jump aboard our trams and let us bring you across a soothing natural landscape. You have 3 stops to hop off at, whenever you are ready to hit the trail again.

Instead of the normal tram rides, you can try our animal rides to make your visit to the Singapore Zoo a truly memorable one! Try an elephant, pony or even a horse carriage ride!

Singapore Zoo Boat Ride
The latest attraction to the Zoo is the Boat Safari ride. There are 2 boat dock and the ride take approximately 20mins. Tickets can be purchased at the dock. You will be able to traverse the pristine waters of the Upper Seletar Reservoirs. The Boat Guides will share information about water and wildlife conseration. At the same time,look out for monitor lizards, stork-billed kingfishers or the white-bellied Sea Eagle as the boat glides through the water. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and the cooling breeze.

Rainforest Fights Back Show
Experience the wonder and magic of the rainforests and be introduced to a host of animals as they fight against rainforest destruction.

Elephants at Work and Play Show
Let us introduce you to our lovely and soft-hearted friends at the Zoo! The Asian Elephants! See how they work as well as have fun together with you!
